Specifically, in the near future, I want us to bring to fruition at least one other project as big as Ahafo; I want us to eventually produce 2 million ounces a year out of West Africa; and I want us to develop a strong management team of Ghanaians to take us further into the future as Newmont Ghana in Africa.”
